Since its foundation in 1987 d consult uses the permantly optimised IQS method to fill the mandates successfully.

Even if the Internet has entered this method, we still use the "good old telephone", by which we can adress the passive candidate potential in particular.

In addition, we receive a direct response to our approach and can actively control the process.

The IQS method includes three project phases:
